Effatha Charity Watch’s Skill Development Workshops are designed to equip individuals—especially women and youth from underprivileged communities—with practical, income-generating skills. From tailoring and basic computer training to spoken English, handicrafts, and soft skills, these workshops open doors to employment, entrepreneurship, and self-reliance. By focusing on hands-on learning, we empower participants to take confident steps toward financial independence and personal growth.

Beyond technical training, these workshops also foster discipline, self-esteem, and community engagement.
